Woohoo!! I am now in Traverse City, Michigan- cherry capital of the world!! And apparently fudge is popular here as well- so popular in fact that they call tourists "Fudgies".
Ok, granted Ada and I have been really tired the last two days and so far among small other things we've just walked on the beach and in the streams and ate and had a nice dinner party- one of billions to come. In the next few days we're going to Glen Lake to jet ski and go to the Sleeping Bear Dunes- and staying there overnight- going to the Dennos Museum (Ada's grandparents' museum- they are the Dennos), and on Thursday- the Northwest Michigan Fair. Plus tons of things that I can't remember right now off the top of my head....OH!! Ada's huge family reunion, which is like a three-day event this weekend!!
Finally, I have my wonderful dear Ada...FINALLY we get to be our normal insane and eccentric abnormalities!! Yay! We constantly, as Anne and Bill (her parents) say, slip off to converse together. Apparently when I got here we zoomed off to the room, closed the door and her mother didn't see us for a good two hours.
Tia (Ada's sister...and by extension, nearly mine) flew in today (on a plane, not by herself...unfortunately she does not possess the ability Ada and I share).
Anyway, it is gorgeous here and I love it and love being with my best friend and everyone!! I'm going now to scheme with my evil little henchmen....
